People and places were needed to bring the concept and distinctive design of the new coastal development to life. This was especially important given that the project is still under construction, in a market where simply showcasing renders has become ineffective and overused.
Leveraging the talent behind the development, we decided to produce a series of videos that put the project’s key minds in the spotlight. In these concise, informative videos, they discuss the development and explain the architectural concept. We believed this approach would allow consumers to grasp the vision directly from the source, fostering greater trust in the developer and ultimately having a positive impact on sales.
This campaign proved highly successful for P&P in terms of performance marketing. The videos generated three times the number of leads compared to previous campaigns, and the development's latest phase sold out shortly after the launch.
